My name is Regena.
I am on a mission to design against cultures that force people into trading their health and wellness for toxic definitions of success.
I champion Optimal Wellness as our collective revenge against and redemption from systems that perpetuate themselves by silently killing us for profit.
While physical and emotional health may be the most obvious forms of wellness, life has taught me that creative health is equally important, but disproportionately overlooked.
Now, my work involves helping myself and others heal by building products, services, and businesses that make social and economic impact for us and for all.
